In 2014 the WGE Group formalised a 3 Year Business Plan which has recognised the need for collaboration with different Universities across Australia. The purpose for the collaboration is one of innovation. WGE Group soon discovered that the next generation of Engineers, Legal Professionals and Business Leaders were easily accessible. With this WGE Group formalised the Univeristy Participation Program which is helping undergraduates from the Faculties of Engineering obtain 12 weeks on the job practical experience in order to facilitate their degree graduation requirements. WGE Group is assisting in the development of tomorrow young professionals today, and we're learning fresh and innovative ways of looking at our business in the process.
